Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply to the business relationship between the buyer and EnzyVit s.r.o., Kapitána Jána Nálepku 867, 92522 Veľké Úľany, IČO: 50 157 540 (hereinafter referred to as "operator" or "seller") concluded through the electronic commerce system www.serrapeptaza.sk.

1.2 The T&Cs regulate the rights and obligations of the participants in the distance contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the www.serrapeptaza.sk website.

2. Order and Purchase Agreement

2.1 The validity of the order requires the truthful and complete filling of all required data, including contact details.

2.2 A distance contract is a contract concluded between the seller and the buyer exclusively through electronic communication methods.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1 The buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is confirmed. After confirmation, cancellation is only possible if the seller fails to fulfill the agreed terms.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The current prices include 20% VAT.

5. Shipping Terms

5.1 Goods are delivered to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and other EU countries.

6. Payment Methods

6.1 Payments can be made via credit card, prepayment, PayPal, or cash on delivery.

7. Delivery Terms

7.1 The goods will be shipped within 24 hours if available in stock.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Right to withdraw from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 102/2014 on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under distance contracts or contracts concluded outside the seller’s business premises within 14 days...

Consequences of withdrawal

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

The consumer is responsible for any damage caused to the returned goods: "You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality."

12. Privacy Protection

12.1 Privacy of personal data

EnzyVit s.r.o., Kapitána Jána Nálepku 867, 92522 Veľké Úľany, IČO: 50 157 540 fully complies with the law no. 122/2013 on the protection of personal data in information systems. Our company respects your privacy and protects your personal data from misuse.

12.2 Use of personal data

By using this online store, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information and purchase details. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can cancel them at any time as indicated in each email sent.

12.3 Security Guarantee

The online store reserves the right to withdraw the security guarantee in case the server is attacked by an unknown perpetrator (hacker).

13. Final Provisions

13.1 All relationships between the seller and the buyer are governed by Slovak laws. For matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

13.2 These Terms and Conditions are valid from 15.01.2015.

13.3 The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions in accordance with legislative changes.

14. Approval of Terms and Conditions

Before clicking on "ORDER GOODS" on the website www.serrapeptaza.sk, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions as part of the agreement.

15. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 on consumer protection in door-to-door and distance selling, and Act No. 391/2015 on alternative dispute resolution with effect from 1st February 2016, we inform you, as a consumer/buyer, that if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, or if you believe that we, as the seller, have violated your rights, you have the right to contact us for redress via our postal address or email address at info@enzymovaterapia.sk.

If we, as the seller, respond negatively to this request or fail to respond within 30 days from its submission, you have the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to an ADR entity. According to Act No. 391/2015, ADR entities are authorities and authorized legal persons as per §3 of the law. The proposal for initiating ADR can be submitted by the consumer as specified in §12 of Act No. 391/2015.

The consumer/buyer can also submit a complaint through the online platform for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) called ODR, available at this address:

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) can only be used by a consumer/buyer – a natural person. ADR applies only to disputes between the consumer/buyer and the seller arising from a consumer contract or related to a consumer contract. ADR applies only to distance contracts. ADR does not apply to disputes where the value of the dispute is less than 20 EUR. The ADR entity may charge the consumer a fee for initiating the dispute resolution process, up to a maximum of 5 EUR including VAT.
