1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (order) without providing any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw as soon as possible with a clear statement, for example, using the sample document you received with the goods or that you can download from our site. The withdrawal period is deemed to be met if you send the notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

After withdrawing from the contract and returning the full goods, we will refund all payments made in connection with the contract, including the purchase price and delivery costs to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you selected a different delivery method than the cheapest standard option we offer.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification, using the same method you used for payment.

The payment for the purchased goods will only be refunded after the returned goods are received at our address or upon the submission of proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

3. Method of Returning Goods upon Withdrawal

The goods you wish to return should be sent to: EnzyVit s.r.o., Kapitána Jána Nálepku 867, 92522 Veľké Úľany, IČO: 50 157 540, no later than 14 days from the exercise of your right of withdrawal. The period is considered met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day deadline expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please note that according to §7, paragraph 6, letter i) of Act No. 102/2014 on consumer protection, you cannot withdraw from the contract if the item is a sound recording, video recording, audiovideo recording, book, or software sold in protective packaging, and the consumer has unsealed the product or it has been made accessible electronically.
